At Siksha Bhavan Montessori School, we follow a strict no refund policy for all fees and charges. This policy applies to all payments made towards:

  • Tuition Fees
  • Activity Fees
  • Transportation Fees
  • Any other miscellaneous charges

Policy Details

  1. Admission Fees: Once paid, the admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes withdrawal or cancellation of admission by the student or guardian.

  2. Tuition Fees: Tuition fees paid for any term or academic year are non-refundable. This applies even if the student withdraws from the school during the term or academic year.

  3. Activity Fees: Fees paid for extracurricular activities, events, or any special programs are non-refundable.

  4. Transportation Fees: Fees paid for transportation services are non-refundable, even if the service is discontinued by the student at any point during the term or academic year.

  5. Miscellaneous Charges: Any other fees or charges incurred during the academic year are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, the decision to provide a refund will be at the sole discretion of the school administration. Requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing, along with relevant documentation, to the school office.
